Job summary

Ignite in Barcelona is seeking a Dutch-speaking Google Ads Consultant & Onboarding Account Manager to guide Dutch enterprises. You will own client onboarding, drive product adoption, protect retention, and map expansion opportunities to scale accounts.

You will work from our World Trade Center Barcelona seaside office in a hybrid setup (3 days in-office, 2 remote), with relocation support and sponsored Google certifications.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2) and business English for corporate operations.
• Experience managing client accounts, executing B2B sales, or delivering digital strategy advice using CRM.
• Knowledge of European data privacy laws (GDPR).

Responsibilities

• Onboard corporate accounts and align ad setups with commercial targets.
• Engage with owners and executives to review ROI and upsell ad features.
• Design, launch and optimize Google Ads campaigns and bid strategies.
• Analyze campaign data and report insights to improve ROAS.
• Track interactions and milestones in the CRM and provide regional feedback.
