• Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece and learn on the job.

Responsibilities

• Provide digital customer support via email and chat for Dutch-speaking customers.
• Handle order inquiries, tracking updates, and exchanges with a problem-solving mindset.
• Use CRM systems and internal tools to deliver fast, high-quality service.
