Qualifications
- Native or C1-level Dutch, plus solid English (B2) for training and system navigation.
- Strong written communication skills in Dutch and good typing speed.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with standard software.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to an international environment.
Responsibilities
- Be the voice and digital point of contact for customers across Belgium and the Netherlands.
- Handle inquiries primarily via written email and chat, with some phone support.
- Assist with order tracking, delivery updates, damaged items, and size exchanges.
