Next Job Abroad is seeking a Dutch-speaking customer support professional to relocate to Greece and join a global jewellery and lifestyle brand. You will work across Belgium and the Netherlands, delivering high-quality service and helping customers with orders.

Qualifications

• Native or C1-level Dutch; solid English (B2) for training and navigation.
• Strong written communication in Dutch, comfortable typing speed, decent computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide digital customer support via Email and Chat, with some phone support.
• Assist customers with order tracking, delivery updates, damaged items, and size exchanges.
• Use CRM systems and multiple internal tools to deliver fast, high-quality service.
