Accenture plc in Amsterdam seeks a Geographic Legal Counsel to join its Legal team. The role combines Dutch corporate law and compliance, advising on local matters while supporting global compliance initiatives across the Netherlands.

You will interact with teams across Europe and globally, handling governance, anti-corruption, data privacy, AI, and other compliance topics. A strong background in corporate law and stakeholder management is essential.

Formación

• 5+ years of relevant legal experience in corporate law and local compliance.
• Native-level Dutch and English fluency.
• Bachelor’s + Master’s degree in Dutch Law from a university (WO level).
• Comfortable working with diverse stakeholders in an international environment.

Responsabilidades

• Advise on Dutch corporate and compliance matters.
• Support corporate governance and board-related activities.
• Implement global compliance programmes within the Netherlands.
• Interpret Dutch legal requirements and provide local guidance to international teams.
• Collaborate with legal and compliance colleagues across Europe and globally.
• Support a broad range of local legal matters and stakeholder requests.
