Job summary

ABB seeks a Dutch-speaking Legal Counsel to partner with the Netherlands-based business units, providing pragmatic, risk-aware guidance across a range of matters from contracts to regulatory compliance. You will liaise with marketing, sales, and supply chain, supporting the Electrification Business in the Netherlands and coordinating with Group GC and multi-country counsels.

• Review and negotiate contracts and commercial agreements with stakeholders.
• Support M&A and divestitures, including structuring and negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with local laws and integrity standards across the function.
