Job summary

Accenture plc in Amsterdam seeks a Geographic Legal Counsel to join its Legal team. The role combines Dutch corporate law and compliance, advising on local matters while supporting global compliance initiatives across the Netherlands.

You will interact with teams across Europe and globally, handling governance, anti-corruption, data privacy, AI, and other compliance topics. A strong background in corporate law and stakeholder management is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant legal experience in corporate law and local compliance.
• Native-level Dutch and English fluency.
• Bachelor’s + Master’s degree in Dutch Law from a university (WO level).
• Comfortable working with diverse stakeholders in an international environment.

We’re looking for a Geographic Legal Counsel to join Accenture’s Legal team in Amsterdam.

This is a varied role combining Dutch corporate law and compliance. You’ll advise on local legal matters while also helping implement global compliance programmes in the Netherlands, working closely with colleagues across Europe and global teams. Topics can range from corporate governance and board matters to anti-corruption, data privacy, AI and other compliance matters.
