Job summary

OpenTrain AI is seeking a Dutch AI Safety Evaluation Expert to help evaluate and strengthen AI models handling sensitive topics in the Netherlands. You will write prompts in Dutch, classify prompts and conversations, and document the reasoning behind evaluation decisions.

The role requires native Dutch, business English, keen attention to detail, and good judgment when handling dual-use information. Remote work is possible from the Netherlands.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native fluency in Dutch as spoken in the Netherlands.
• Business-level written English.
• Strong written reasoning and attention to detail.
• Sound judgment when handling sensitive and dual-use information.
• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress.
• Ability to work remotely while based in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Write expert-level prompts in Netherlands Dutch across sensitive subject areas.
• Classify prompts and conversations using structured guidelines.
• Identify adversarial wording, escalation patterns, and other safety concerns.
• Document the reasoning behind evaluation decisions.
• Apply careful judgment to sensitive and dual-use information.
