Job summary

Mercor is hiring bilingual English & Dutch speakers based in the Netherlands to help make advanced AI models safer. You will apply language fluency and cultural judgment to evaluate how these models handle sensitive topics in Dutch as spoken in the Netherlands. No prior AI experience required—the team will train you.

You will write expert prompts in Netherlands Dutch, apply guidelines to classify prompts and conversations, and flag adversarial phrasings with clear reasoning documentation.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native fluency in Dutch as spoken in the Netherlands
• Business-level written English
• Currently based in the Netherlands
• A bachelor's degree, completed or in progress
• Strong written reasoning and a high level of attention to detail
• Sound judgment around sensitive and dual-use information
• Nice to have experience reviewing, grading, or red-teaming written or technical content
• Background in trust and safety, content moderation, policy evaluation, or adversarial testing

• Native or near-native fluency in Dutch as spoken in the Netherlands, plus business-level written English.

• Currently based in the Netherlands. This role covers the Netherlands variety of Dutch specifically; a separate role covers Belgian Dutch.

• A bachelor's degree, completed or in progress.

• Strong written reasoning and a high level of attention to detail.

• Sound judgment around sensitive and dual-use information.
