Job summary

ASML Holding in the Netherlands seeks a Competence Engineer Drive Laser to act as the technical authority for a critical EUV subsystem. You will resolve complex disturbances, drive improvements and ensure safe, effective introduction of new drive laser solutions into manufacturing.

You will collaborate with Manufacturing, Process Engineering, Development & Engineering and Field support teams to maximize system performance, quality and availability, review solutions and provide technical

Qualifications

Bachelor's HBO degree in engineering or equivalent.
Experience with complex high-tech manufacturing systems.
Experience in commissioning, qualification, troubleshooting or performance optimization is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

Resolve complex drive laser disturbances and lead technical problem-solving activities.
Manage technical escalations and drive solutions to prevent repeat issues.
Qualify drive lasers after module replacements and verify performance against specifications.
Review technical solutions, action plans and work procedures for quality and manufacturability.
Assess technical risks and support new products, technologies and processes.
Act as manufacturing subject matter expert for drive laser topics.
Collaborate with Engineering and stakeholders to improve system reliability and manufacturing performance.
