Job summary

Community Action House is seeking a Database Specialist to manage our donor CRM, ensure data integrity, and support fundraising reporting. You will collaborate with Finance, Annual Fund, and program teams to maintain clean data, streamline processes, and improve stewardship and donor communications.

The role requires 2+ years in database/CRM work, preferred bachelor’s degree, and experience with nonprofit fundraising platforms.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with nonprofit CRMs and data integrity.
• Understanding of revenue reconciliation and financial reporting.
• Attention to detail and data privacy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CRM data integrity, hygiene, and security.
• Document and maintain SOPs; drive CRM adoption across departments.
• Lead donor processing across all revenue channels and ensure timely acknowledgments.
