Arup is seeking a Document Controller in Amsterdam or Utrecht to manage project documentation and secure timely submissions. You will handle document exchange, maintain control systems, and coordinate deadlines across teams and external partners.
The role requires 3+ years in project environments, proficiency with MS Excel/Word, and familiarity with CDE platforms like Asite, ACC, Procore or Aconex. Dutch proficiency is a plus, English essential.

Our Document Control Team is an integral part of Arup’s commitment to innovation. We develop efficient and often automated solutions that minimise errors while ensuring the highest quality across all projects. You will assist in preparing technical documents and reports for submission, as well as in organizing and reviewing project-related documents.
