Job summary

ASML in the Netherlands seeks a Logistics Engineer to coordinate warehouse issues on the shop floor, balancing production output and quality. You’ll proactively manage processes with internal and external stakeholders and elevate issues to the right teams to prevent recurrence.

You will analyze performance trends, maintain documentation, and contribute to continuous logistics improvements, focusing on process standardization and knowledge sharing within Disturbance Management.

Qualifications

• Analytical mindset with ability to deep-dive into root causes.
• Experience in Logistics Operations or related stakeholder environments.
• Ability to document and standardize processes and instructions.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with change readiness.

Responsibilities

• Drive solve & prevent and reduce disturbances in Logistics Operations.
• Analyse disturbance data and identify root causes for structural solutions.
• Lead or participate in process-flow improvement projects.
• Maintain documentation and master data on packaging, routing and cleanliness.
• Collaborate with D&E, NPI, and third-line support for issues.
• Organize RCA meetings for DN and C4C incidents and share knowledge.
