Job summary

SiTime Corp. in the Netherlands seeks a Director, Circuit Design Engineering to build and lead the Netherlands team. You will drive development of precision timing ICs using MEMS technology for high-performance networks and ultra-low power mobile platforms.

The ideal candidate is a motivated leader with strong technical, managerial, and communication skills, capable of guiding teams through fast-moving projects and delivering scalable solutions with career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• MS degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent; PhD preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in custom analog IC circuit design with mixed-signal chips.
• Proven leadership with 5+ years in a senior/leadership role.
• Experience from concept through tape-out to production.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, build, and motivate world-class engineering teams.
• Lead a cross-functional IC design team (Analog, Mixed-Signal, Digital, Layout).
• Define products, roadmaps, and schedules with customers, marketing, and sales.
• Ensure fast silicon bring-up, testability, and manufacturability.
• Drive DFT/DFM integration and cost-aware design decisions.
• Oversee design verification, validation, and production release.
• Collaborate with Systems, Test, and Applications teams on new opportunities.
• Travel domestically and internationally as needed.
