Job summary

Spectrum Brands is seeking a Director, Digital Growth to lead the Digital Growth pillar within International Growth Marketing in the Benelux region. The role involves scaling digital capabilities across four groups, building a capable team and owning digital shelf standards, product data and content enablement for omnichannel success.

You will partner with Demand Generation, Sales/eCommerce and Technology & Platforms, leading a ~16-person team (4–5 direct reports) with a servant leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Commerce, Business, Technology or related field; advanced qualification advantageous
• 10+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, retail media, omnichannel or related FMCG / consumer goods roles
• Strong people leadership experience, including leading a sizeable distributed team and developing managers / specialist capability leads

Responsibilities

• Lead the International Digital Growth strategy and operating model, translating growth priorities and demand plans into scalable digital capabilities, execution standards and measurable commercial outcomes.
• Prioritise digital growth opportunities across brands, markets, retailers and platforms based on consumer behaviour, customer opportunity, capability need and expected business impact.
• Create common standards, tools and ways of working that reduce duplication while allowing appropriate market and customer adaptation
