Job summary

IFF seeks a Director of Contract Manufacturing to lead its external manufacturing network across Health & Biosciences. The role develops strategy, drives performance, and manages risk to ensure resilient supply and value creation.

Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment, governance, and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

Lead contract manufacturing strategy, performance, and risk management for external network.
Develop lifecycle framework for contract manufacturers to support growth and resilience.
Partner cross-functionally to evaluate make-versus-buy, sourcing, and capacity planning.
Negotiate and secure partnerships with suppliers and contract manufacturers.
Ensure partners deliver capacity, quality and service levels to meet business needs.
