Job summary

IFF is seeking a results-oriented contract and supply management professional to oversee Product Supply Agreements and Product Manufacture Agreements across Europe, with hybrid work options in Brugge, Leiden, or Lyngby.

You will partner with Legal, Procurement, and stakeholders to monitor performance, manage risks, ensure compliance, and drive improvements in contract execution and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, manufacturing, supply chain, or a related field.
• Proven experience in procurement, contract manufacturing, supply chain, manufacturing operations, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of contract administration, negotiation principles, compliance requirements, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for all matters related to supply agreements and operating service contracts.
• Monitor contractual obligations and ensure compliance with terms, service levels, and requirements.
• Maintain a repository of contract documents and amendments for accessibility and accuracy.
• Identify and mitigate risks in partnership with Legal, Procurement, and stakeholders.
• Build cross-functional relationships to facilitate communication and resolution of issues.
