Responsible for leading high‑performing teams, managing human capital, overseeing budgets, and delivering innovative technology solutions in partnership with Enterprise DT teams that enhance business performance, efficiency, and customer experience. This leader ensures operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and digital transformation across a complex, multi‑country environment.

Your Impact

  • Ensure compliance with European data privacy, security, and audit requirements, including GDPR and other regional regulatory standards.
  • Partner with business and technology executives to ensure regional‑specific requirements are incorporated into the Enterprise DT roadmap, establishing performance metrics, milestones, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Oversee regional financial planning, budgeting, and performance management—optimizing investments and ensuring ROI across all DT initiatives.

  • Demonstrated success driving digital transformation, operational excellence, and technology innovation within complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Expertise in ITIL, COBIT, financial management, strategic planning, and enterprise governance.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align technology initiatives to commercial objectives.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills; proven ability to influence and build relationships across functions and cultures.
