Job summary

Apollo Tyres Ltd in the Netherlands seeks a Digitalization Manager to define and drive the R&D digital transformation, building a clear roadmap and delivering initiatives that improve product development, simulation, and knowledge sharing.

You will bridge R&D, IT, and leadership, oversee AI projects, manage time and resources, and report progress to senior management while shaping data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering, CS, Data Science, or related field.
• 8–10 years of R&D experience expected.
• Strong leadership and multi-project management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the R&D digitalization roadmap in line with business needs and strategic priorities.
• Identify opportunities to improve R&D processes through digital tools, AI applications, and data-driven solutions.
• Lead and coordinate digital and AI projects, ensuring they are delivered within scope, timeline, and objectives.
• Monitor project progress, milestones, risks, resources, and deliverables, and report updates to R&D leadership.
• Act as the link between R&D, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment, communication, and successful implementation.
