Job summary

MSIG Specialty Marine is seeking a Digital Workplace Engineer in Rotterdam to deliver a secure, reliable and seamless technology experience for colleagues. You will support Windows 11 devices, Microsoft 365 apps, Intune and device provisioning, while collaborating with IT and business stakeholders to improve the digital workplace.

The role combines hands-on technical work with a strong customer focus, including onsite and remote support, lifecycle management and involvement in technology

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in Digital Workplace, End User Computing or related IT support.
• Experience with Windows 11 in an enterprise environment and Microsoft 365 suite.
• Familiarity with Intune, Entra ID, Windows Autopilot and device provisioning.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote support for workplace technology incidents and service requests.
• Configure and maintain Windows 11 devices and Microsoft 365 services.
• Assist with onboarding, provisioning and device lifecycle management.
• Support collaboration tools including Teams, SharePoint and meeting-room tech.
• Contribute to security, compliance and automation initiatives.
