Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in digital transformation, management consulting, or program leadership.
• Strong track record leading cross-functional initiatives blending strategy, tech, and operations.
• Experience designing or implementing operating models and agile governance across business and IT.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Drive digital transformation programs from strategy through execution.
