JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS Utrecht is seeking a Digital Quality Specialist to lead the development and upkeep of tools for Quality Food Safety, data accuracy, and reporting. You will coordinate business reviews with vendors and support audit programs, driving improvements across SAP and related data sources.

The role requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s in a relevant field, knowledge of ISO/FSSC 22000 and HACCP, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Food Chemistry, Food Technology, Engineering, Food Science or Nutrition (or relevant vocational experience).
• Knowledge of quality and food safety standards (ISO/FSSC 22000, IFS, HACCP) and manufacturing systems (SAP).
• Attention to detail with analytical mindset; systems development interest.
• Team player with ability to engage across levels of the business.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of digital tools supporting Quality Food Safety management, reporting and communication.
• Manage Safefood data rules, data accuracy, dashboards, reporting and user training.
• Coordinate supplier Quality management improvements with external vendor; manage projects.
• Support audits, performance programs, checklists and questionnaires.
• Develop and maintain Quality KPI reports aligned with the AOP; automate reporting from SAP, Salesforce, DMOS, PowerApps.
• Structure and maintain Quality Sharepoint (Quality Hub).
