Job summary

Loop is seeking a Senior Manager, Digital Commerce to own the Shopify and DTC website experience across loopearplugs.com, driving growth, conversion, and brand storytelling at scale.

You’ll lead a multidisciplinary team spanning digital content, ecommerce project management, product ownership, and CRO, setting the roadmap and operating rhythm for a high-performing digital flagship for Loop.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a high-performing ecommerce, Shopify, digital product, or DTC website function.
• Strong commercial thinker with a clear understanding of conversion and customer journeys.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and set roadmaps and operating rhythms.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, roadmap, and performance of Loop’s Shopify site end-to-end.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team across content, ecommerce project management, product ownership, and CRO.
• Own core website KPIs, including conversion rate, site performance, accuracy, and customer journey quality.
• Evolve the website as a digital flagship, aligning product education, brand storytelling, and merchandising with conversion.
