Job summary

A2Z-CM N.V. is seeking a DevOps Engineer – Development Services to roll out GitLab CI/CD pipelines across multiple product teams and regions. The role focuses on migrating from Jenkins to GitLab and enabling secure, scalable deployments on Red Hat OpenShift Private Cloud and AWS.

You will combine hands-on engineering with platform enablement and DevSecOps governance in a regulated enterprise, sharing knowledge, training teams, and upholding git workflows and trunk-based development.

Qualifications

• Experience with GitLab CI/CD in enterprise settings.
• Migration from Jenkins pipelines to GitLab CI/CD.
• Strong Git knowledge and branching strategies.
• Experience in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Migrate pipelines from Jenkins to GitLab and set up standardized CI/CD across regions.
• Roll out GitLab standardized CI/CD pipelines across product teams.
• Deploy and operate applications on Red Hat OpenShift Private Cloud and AWS-based platforms.
• Embed security controls into CI/CD pipelines (DevSecOps) and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Deliver training and workshops on pipelines, GitLab, and DevOps practices.
• Share knowledge and best practices across regions.
