Job summary

A company in E-mobility is looking for a Development Lead to supervise project management and engineering teams. The successful candidate will enhance processes across R&D, ensure timely delivery of projects, and foster a safe working environment. Required qualifications include a degree, extensive leadership experience, and fluency in Dutch and English. This role is based in Noord-Brabant with a salary range of €4,000.00 – €5,500.00.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of team-leadership experience in larger teams (15+ FTE).
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
• Preferably relevant experience in a product-driven company.

Responsibilities

• Continuous improvement of processes across R&D, Project and Product Management.
• Ensure clear scenario planning and risk mitigation for on-time delivery.
• Identify and develop strategic talent.
