Job summary

Axelera AI in the Netherlands is hiring a Developer Relations and Community Manager to grow our developer base around the Voyager SDK and Metis platform. You will cultivate trust across community channels, engage hobbyists and enterprise engineers, and help ensure our tools ship with a human-centered voice.

This role blends content creation, moderation, event planning, and strategic outreach. remote-friendly with offices in Amsterdam and Eindhoven; you’ll work to keep the community useful,

Qualifications

• Experience in developer relations or community management in a technical company.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical audiences.
• Ability to translate SDK-level and hardware-level details into accessible content.
• Comfort with developer-facing platforms (GitHub, forums, Discord/Slack).
• Proficiency with AI tools for content creation and analytics, with caution on accuracy.
• Understanding software/SDK development lifecycle and deployment discussions.
• Active maker-space or hardware/embedded interest.

Responsibilities

• Engage and moderate community across platforms, addressing technical questions.
• Create and curate technical content: tutorials, posts, newsletters.
• Build relationships with influencers and power users in the community.
• Plan and host events, webinars, and meetups tied to product launches.
• Advocate for community-requested features and model zoo additions.
• Monitor engagement health metrics and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with internal engineers to resolve public-facing issues.
• Encourage open-source contributions to Voyager SDK.
