Job summary

Axelera AI is seeking a Developer Relations and Community Manager to grow our developer ecosystem around the Voyager SDK and Metis platform. You will engage builders across GitHub, forums, and social channels, organize events, and help shape our open-source journey with community input.

A blend of technical storytelling, product advocacy, and community health will drive engagement and adoption. This role is globally distributed with flexible remote options in Europe.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of the AI hardware landscape with experience in community management or developer relations in a technical company.
• Credibility within AI/developer communities with a track record of building relationships with technical stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to translate SDK-level and hardware-level detail for diverse audiences.
• Comfortable in developer-facing platforms (GitHub, forums, Discord/Slack) and standard social channels.
• Demonstrated fluency with modern AI tools and critical judgment on AI output versus human review.

Responsibilities

• Engage with our community across platforms, respond to technical questions, moderate discussions, and assist developers debugging deployments.
• Create and curate technical content, tutorials, and updates; localize content while preserving accuracy.
• Build relationships with influencers and power users in maker and edge AI communities.
• Plan and host events, webinars, and meetups tied to product launches and industry events.
• Advocate for Voyager SDK and Metis AIPU; gather feedback for product teams and feature requests.
• Monitor community health metrics and use AI-assisted tools to identify trends and opportunities.
