A leading window coverings manufacturer in Rotterdam is seeking a Project Manager – Design to Value to lead and implement cost-reduction projects. The successful candidate will leverage their project management experience and technical background to drive initiatives across cross-functional teams. Ideal candidates have a degree in Engineering or Industrial Design and possess strong analytical and communication skills. This role offers the chance to make a direct impact on product profitability and work collaboratively within a global team.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in project management, design-to-value, or cost-driven improvement projects.
• Strong understanding of product development and manufacturing environments.
• Good command of English; Dutch and/or German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Design-to-Value (DtV) projects focused on cost reduction and value improvement.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering and procurement.
• Identify cost-reduction opportunities and translate insights into projects.
