Job summary

JDE Peets in the Netherlands is seeking a Global PMO Value Optimisation Manager to lead, develop and align opportunities and deliver roadmaps. You will design and manage high‑value global savings programs (€5M–€10M per year) and drive strategic value across R&D, Procurement, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain and Operations.

You will collaborate with global and regional teams, support implementation and reporting in a matrix organisation, and travel as required across Asia, the EU and North America.

Qualifications

• University Degree (MSc).
• 8+ years in program/project management, ideally in FMCG and international teams.
• Background in Design to Value or Value Optimisation programs.
• Strong communication, facilitation and project management with international experience.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to travel (Asia, EU & North America).

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and align Global Value Optimization opportunities and deliver associated Roadmaps
• Develop and manage high-value Global savings programs (€5M-€10M per year)
• Identify, scope, and launch Global Value Optimisation Programs with the ambition to drive bigger, strategic, holistic saving programs
• Collaborate closely with Global and Regional Teams and stakeholders including R&D, Procurement, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain & Operations
• Support Global & Regional teams with implementation and reporting
