Job summary

Van der Hoeven Horticultural Projects is looking for a Manager Design to unify and lead the Design Team, driving change programs across design, engineering, procurement and sales to improve efficiency and quote turnaround.

You will coach staff, translate requirements into conceptual designs and cost calculations, oversee 2D to 3D CAD evolution and CPQ implementation, and ensure high quality, customer focus and collaboration with Sales and R&D.

Qualifications

• Completed HBO/WO degree in a technical field; MBA advantageous.
• Experience as design engineer with multidisciplinary project processes.
• 10–15 years in a managerial role within international industrial projects.
• Proven track record with change and improvement programmes.
• Strong analytical, process-oriented approach; translate opportunities into actions.
• Excellent communication to inspire senior technical staff.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.
