Job summary

Fokker Services Group in Woensdrecht is seeking a Design Engineer for Structures & Interiors to contribute to aircraft modifications, completions and fleet support worldwide.

You will work within the Structures & Interiors team on aircraft structures, cabin interiors and safety, reporting to the Team Lead Structures & Interiors, and collaborating with Lead Engineers through design and certification.

Qualifications

Master's degree (WO) in Aerospace Engineering or HBO equivalent with work experience
Strong interest in aviation and hands-on engineering
Willingness to travel to customers or suppliers
Strong English communication (written and spoken)

Responsibilities

Design and certify aircraft interior components for completion and conversion projects
Develop technical specifications and perform feasibility studies
Create production drawings and engineering documentation
Coordinate and support external suppliers during development
Support production and installation during aircraft modifications
Prepare certification documentation and ICA/manuals
