Job summary

PVH Corp. Amsterdam campus is seeking a Design Director for Tommy Jeans Apparel to shape seasonal direction, lead a design team, and ensure collections meet global market needs with high-quality and stylish execution.

You will collaborate with senior design leadership to translate strategy into actionable plans, manage timelines, and drive commercially successful outcomes across brands, including Tommy Jeans and TOMMY HILFIGER.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years Design Management experience from global premium brands.
• Deep understanding of and long term experience from high taste level women and/or menswear apparel.
• Proven track record of designing elevated and commercially successful collections.
• Experience translating design strategy into operational processes and deliverables, with a focus on defining and measuring KPIs.
• Strong strategic thinking and commercial awareness, understanding the financial impact of design decisions.
• Excellent presentation, influencing and communication skills.
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
• Portfolio will be required.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute Seasonal Fashion Direction with the Color and Concept team, developing mood boards, fabric concepts, and style outs.
• Translate design strategy into operational processes and measurable KPIs.
• Lead and coach the design team to unleash potential and promote collaboration.
• Oversee fabric direction and quality across collections in partnership with Production and Sourcing.
• Collaborate with VP and Chief Design Officer to align vision with business goals.
• Engage with European Sales Managers to translate market requests into collections and sales materials.
