You bring 10+ years in design and digital innovation, with a proven track record leading diverse teams, driving strategic engagements, and growing business.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in design and digital innovation, including leadership roles.
• A compelling design vision and point of view on AI-driven design.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in consultancy, agency, or product environments.
• Strong business development skills and success in shaping engagements.
• Ability to inspire clients, teams, and executives through storytelling and presence.
• A portfolio showing design excellence and leadership across complex digital programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a diverse design team, fostering growth and design culture.
• Set the creative direction and ensure design excellence across projects and pitches.
• Represent frog in the market with strong presence and client relationships.
• Translate design value into business outcomes and strategic engagements.
• Lead high-impact engagements for digital products, platforms, and services.
• Grow frog’s footprint by developing client relationships and proposals.
