Job summary

John Sisk & Son Ltd is seeking a Design Manager in the Netherlands to lead design coordination across allocated projects, ensuring outputs are compliant, deliverable and aligned with client requirements and contractual obligations.

The role works with Senior Design Managers, project teams and consultants to deliver integrated, buildable and cost-effective design solutions while supporting risk management and value through technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in design management or technical coordination within construction or related sector.
• Strong knowledge of design processes, building regulations and industry standards.
• Experience in managing consultants and subcontractor design packages.
• Knowledge of statutory compliance, design risk management.

Responsibilities

• Design Coordination: manage production and delivery of design information in line with programme requirements.
• Quality & Compliance: review design documentation for accuracy and compliance with specifications.
• Interface management: resolve design queries and interface issues across disciplines.
• Client & stakeholder support: assist design reviews, workshops and presentations.
