• Execute the ICE field execution framework by segmenting customers, applying value-based tiering, and documenting visits.
• Deliver compliant product promotion in-field activities aligned with brand and TA strategies.
• Act as a commercial partner to HCPs, explaining data and proper product use.
• Maximize technology enablement to enhance engagement and action.
• Collect and share field insights on customer needs and market dynamics.
• Participate in local events and cross-functional collaboration in governance-compliant ways.
