Job summary

Wlgroup is seeking an experienced network engineer to design, configure and integrate enterprise network infrastructure for deployable communications kits, supporting NATO missions. You will take builds through test, validation and deployment, provide documentation, and maintain configuration records while working on site in Brunssum during regular hours with occasional travel.

Professional English is required; two years minimum degree or five years of equivalent experience, and a proven ability

Qualifications

• Five years or more progressive network engineering experience.
• Experience delivering inside operational or project environments.
• Proven ability to write documentation for other engineers.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure and integrate enterprise network infrastructure for deployable communications kits.
• Take builds through test, validation and deployment, including support to exercises and implementation projects.
• Support production deployments and the operational network once live, at engineering level.
• Produce implementation procedures, test plans, SOPs and technical documentation.
• Maintain configuration management records for traceability.
• Collaborate with platform, security and service management teams, and report monthly on performance.
