Sport Chek, located in the Netherlands, seeks a Department Sales Manager of Footwear who loves sports and an active lifestyle. You will coach and develop your team, lead by example, and focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience while mentoring staff and building strong customer relationships.

You will create daily sales plans, communicate goals, and drive department growth through coaching and ongoing feedback.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 2 years in a retail environment, preferably at a supervisory level.
• A proven track record of business growth and exceptional customer service skills.
• Demonstrated interest in or involvement in sports or the sporting goods industry an asset.

• As a Department Sales Manager of Footwear, you have a passion for sports and live an active lifestyle.
• You know shoes, are keenly interested to learn more, and maybe even a sneaker head!
• You demonstrate a positive and engaged attitude when dealing with customers and employees and are responsible for coaching and developing your team.
• As an ambassador and leader of the customer experience, you look to develop relationships with customers and provide mentorship and coaching to your team to ensure the same.

Our typical hiring range is between $42,500 and $56,250. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, store size and market location, industry benchmarks, internal equity, and other role‑specific requirements.
