Job summary

Impress in Rotterdam, Netherlands seeks a Dental Assistant to support doctors and manage daily clinic operations in a paperless, high-tech environment.

You will handle 3D intraoral scanning, EMRs, X-rays, and ensure a smooth patient journey from reception to treatment, while maintaining data accuracy and top clinical standards. You must be flexible with a schedule including nights, holidays and weekends and be able to travel between Impress locations.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a dental setting assisting dental professionals.
• Proficient typing at 40 words per minute and strong written communication.
• Ability to stand for 8 hours, coordinate movement of small instruments, and lift up to 45 lbs.
• Valid work permit for the country of operation and compliance with dental healthcare laws.

Responsibilities

• Perform 3D scans, X-rays, and sterilize instruments while coordinating material preparation.
• Lead patient reception, explain treatment procedures, and ensure clinical data accuracy in digital systems.
• Support front desk duties and maintain a seamless flow between doctor and patient.
• Deliver high-quality results through self-motivation and continuous improvement.
