Job summary

Impress in Almere is seeking a Dental Assistant to join our modern, paperless clinic. You will be the heartbeat of daily operations, performing 3D intraoral scans, X‑rays, instrument sterilization, and material preparation to keep patient visits smooth and professional.

You will lead patient reception, explain treatment procedures, ensure data accuracy in our digital systems, support front desk tasks, and maintain seamless doctor‑patient flow.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a dental setting assisting dental professionals.
• Experience with EMRs, X-rays, intra-oral scanners, and digital file management.
• Valid work permit for the country of operation.
• Excellent typing (40 WPM) and strong written communication.
• Ability to stand 8 hours and lift up to 45 lbs.
• Fluency in English for internal communication.
• Willingness to travel between clinic locations and work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Perform 3D scans, X-rays, oral hygiene, sterilization of instruments, and coordinate material preparation.
• Lead patient reception, articulate treatment procedures, and ensure accuracy of clinical data in our digital systems.
• Support front desk duties, daily management tasks, and maintain seamless doctor–patient flow.
• Deliver high standards through motivation and continuous improvement.
