Job summary

Haleon is seeking a Demand Planner to drive end-to-end demand planning across Benelux channels and accounts, ensuring product availability and optimized inventory. You will integrate market insights, manage S&OP processes, and partner with Commercial, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to deliver accurate forecasts.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement in planning capabilities, collaborating with Inventory Planners, and supporting new product introductions and lifecycle management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in supply chain or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years in supply chain planning or forecasting.
• Understanding end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Experience with forecasting/planning systems (SAP/APS).
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Commercial awareness and financial acumen.
• Strong analytical/problem-solving and stakeholder management.
• Fluent English; Dutch/French an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end demand planning process for assigned channels and accounts across all Consumer Healthcare categories.
• Develop and maintain consensus-based demand forecasts across short-, medium-, and long-term horizons (0-36 months).
• Lead key elements of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process and provide actionable insights for decisions.
• Collaborate with Inventory Planners to optimize stock levels and lifecycle management.
• Own and improve key demand planning KPIs and reporting; conduct root-cause analyses and drive improvements.
