Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics in the Netherlands is seeking a delivery station operator to support daily operations, lead a team of associates, and ensure timely dispatch of deliveries. This role focuses on hands-on supervision in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You will coordinate tasks, monitor progress, train new staff on processes and safety, and collaborate with transport and customer service teams to maintain high service levels.

• 2+ years of experience in logistics, delivery, or warehouse environments.

About The Team

Key Responsibilities

• Support the supervisor in managing daily operations of the delivery station.
• Lead and guide a team of associates, sorters, or drivers during your shift.
• Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely dispatch of deliveries.
• Assist with team briefings and ensure all staff follow safety and quality standards.
• Identify and report issues affecting performance or service quality.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment.
• Train new team members on basic station processes and best practices.
• Communicate with other teams (transport, customer service) as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in logistics, delivery, or warehouse environments.
• Hands-on, reliable, and willing to take responsibility.
