Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics is seeking a Delivery Station Team Leader to manage the daily operations of a large-item distribution center in a fast-paced setting. You will oversee receipt, dispatch, sorting, loading/unloading, outbound processing, and handover of goods, ensuring high accuracy and on-time delivery.

You will coordinate with drivers, monitor KPIs, drive continuous improvements, and uphold safety and 5S standards across the site.
