SPOSEA B.V. is seeking a hands-on delivery leader reporting to the COO to drive key customer and internal projects while also running the delivery program finances and capacity planning for ~25 project staff in the Netherlands and India.

The role combines line management of a Project Manager with strategic oversight of budgets, forecasts, and utilization. Dutch and English proficiency are required, and the position offers a clear path to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Approximately 10 years of experience in a leading management or technology consultancy.
• Experience in complex business process design and taking personal responsibility for delivering projects.
• Hands-on program management: build the plan, budget and forecast in a lean team.
• Confident with senior customer and internal stakeholders and able to challenge unrealistic commitments.
• Near-native Dutch and professional-level English.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer implementation programmes end to end, from business process design to go-live and hyper-care, mostly online.
• Own project plans, budgets in man-days, forecasts and change control; deliver on time and on budget.
• Create a single view of all projects, priorities, capacity and utilization across NL and India.
• Introduce practical delivery standards, reporting and SOC 2 delivery controls; avoid bureaucracy.
• Coach Project Managers and collaborate with Sales, Product, R&D and Finance.
