Job summary

Akkuro is seeking a Delivery Manager in Deventer, Netherlands. You will drive timely, predictable delivery of the FORCE Product Suite, coordinating with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to plan, monitor budgets, and manage customer expectations end-to-end.

Delivery Manager

The impact you will make as a Delivery Manager

Within our FORCE Product Suite (FPS), we develop software that makes mortgage applications more efficient. By automating manual, error-prone tasks for lenders, we accelerate processing and ensure a seamless, user-friendly experience for everyone involved.

Together with Product Owners and Scrum Masters, you create feasible plans and monitor budgets. You maintain visibility on potential deviations and communicate proactively and clearly with all relevant stakeholders. You address challenges head‑on and ensure appropriate solutions are implemented.

You are responsible, together with your team, for timely, predictable, and successful delivery of our products. You create clear plans that fit customer expectations and available resources. You are the first point of contact for customers throughout planning and execution, managing expectations end‑to‑end.

You enjoy collaborating — both on‑site and in a hybrid setting — and your social, proactive approach helps you bring others along. You hold at least an HBO degree and have a minimum of three years’ experience in Delivery, Project, or Programme Management (or a comparable role). You are fluent in both Dutch and English, enabling effective collaboration with customers and colleagues.
