Job summary

Allynce, based in Amsterdam, seeks a Delivery Manager to drive the front-end value stream within the Fit for Future programme. You will work with the Product Manager and Engineering Manager to set priorities, manage capacity, and ensure progress without micromanagement.

Ideal candidates bring proven delivery experience in digital transformations, excel at balancing speed and quality, and can navigate a matrix organisation with distributed teams. Dutch fluency is required.

• Balancing speed and quality within a front-end/engineering context.
• Ability to navigate working in a matrix organisation with distributed delivery teams.
• Fluent in Dutch, spoken and written.

Millions of customers, a brand almost everyone in the country recognises — and a front-end platform that needs to move from legacy to future-fit. We're looking for a Delivery Manager to drive delivery on the front-end value stream within the Fit for Future programme. You'll operate in the triangle with the Product Manager and the Engineering Manager — no hierarchy, shared ownership of pace, quality and outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Own delivery of the front-end value stream within the Fit for Future programme
• Steer priorities, capacity and progress together with the Product Manager and Engineering Manager
• Unblock, escal ate where needed, and keep the team moving
• Make delivery transparent to stakeholders — without the reporting theatre

What You Bring

• Proven delivery experience in digital-native organisations, or at large companies that made the shift from traditional to digital
• Strong at balancing speed and quality within a front-end/engineering context
• Ability to navigate working in a matrix organisation with distributed delivery teams
• Fluent in Dutch, spoken and written — this is a hard requirement

Practical Details

• Based in Amsterdam, with room for hybrid working
• Assignment runs initially until end of 2026, with potential for extension
