Albert Heijn Online via Consolid is op zoek naar een flexibele Delivery Driver in Utrecht. Je verdient €18,83 brutoloon per uur all-in en werkt 12–32 uur per week. Shifts variëren door de week en omvatten vroege, middag- en avonddiensten.

Training wordt aangeboden door een buddy en er is ruimte voor langere samenwerking via Consolid. De functie vereist minimaal 18 jaar, rijbewijs B en vloeiende of basale Nederlands/Engels, met sterke klantenservice en zelfstandige werkhouding.

Responsibilities

• Bezorger voor Albert Heijn Online in Utrecht: bezorgingen veilig en nauwkeurig leveren
• Bestellingen scannen en naar de klant afleveren
• Betalen verwerken en retouren meenemen waar nodig
• Klanten aan de deur helpen en vriendelijk blijven
• Ritten plannen en dagelijks verschillende locaties in en rondom Utrecht bezoeken
• Deelnemen aan trainingen en buddy-systeem tijdens de inwerkperiode
• Tijdens shifts rijden en adequaat omgaan met verschillende situaties op de weg

Functieomschrijving Delivery Driver Albert Heijn Online | Utrecht

As a delivery driver for Albert Heijn Online, you make sure customers receive their groceries safely, correctly and with a smile. Your working day starts at the Albert Heijn Online location at Kanaaldijk 3 in Utrecht.

At the beginning of your shift, you collect the keys to your delivery van and check the route prepared for you. Once everything is ready, you get behind the wheel and use navigation to drive to your first customer.

At each stop, you select the correct grocery order and scan it with a handheld scanner. You then carry the groceries to the customer's door and make sure the complete order is delivered correctly. If necessary, you also process payments and take empty crates and other returnable packaging back with you.

Customer service is an important part of the job. You are the person customers meet at their door, so a friendly and helpful attitude makes a real difference.

Once the delivery is complete, you continue to the next address. During one shift, you can visit many different locations throughout Utrecht and the surrounding area. This means your routes, customers and situations can change every day.

The position is both independent and active. You spend plenty of time driving, but you also regularly get in and out of the van and lift grocery crates.

After your final delivery, you return to Kanaaldijk 3 in Utrecht. You complete your route, return your equipment and leave the delivery van clean and ready for the next shift.

Albert Heijn Online delivers groceries from Monday through Sunday. You work between 12 and 32 hours per week and can submit your availability. You must be available for at least two shifts per week and at least two Saturdays per month.

Previous delivery experience is not required. During your first shifts, an experienced buddy will teach you how to use the delivery van, handheld scanner and systems and how to handle different situations on the road.

Can I choose which days I work?

You can submit your availability, which is taken into account when the schedule is made. Albert Heijn Online delivers groceries seven days a week, with different morning, afternoon and evening shifts available.

You must be available for at least two shifts per week and at least two Saturdays per month. You can work between 12 and 32 hours per week, making this position suitable to combine with studies, family life or other activities.

What does a typical working day look like?

Your shift starts at Kanaaldijk 3 in Utrecht, where you collect your van and route information. You then drive independently from address to address and deliver customers' grocery orders.

At each stop, you scan the order, carry the groceries to the door and help the customer when necessary. You may also process payments and collect empty crates. After your final delivery, you return to the Utrecht location and make sure the van is ready for its next route.

Because you meet different customers and regularly drive different routes, every working day brings something new.
