Job summary

QuTech, a TU Delft institute, is seeking a Community & Events Coordinator in Delft to plan, coordinate and deliver quantum ecosystem events. You will be the main contact for visiting delegations and stakeholders, organize monthly community events, and help strengthen collaboration across Delft's quantum ecosystem.

This short-term role, starting 1 November 2026 for six months, offers a hands-on environment, supervision of 1–2 student assistants, and close collaboration with TU Delft and QDNL

Qualifications

  • Experience coordinating events from start to finish and engaging stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously and follow through.

Responsibilities

  • Lead point of contact for quantum ecosystem events and delegations.
  • Coordinate Delft involvement in events, hosts, catering, and pitches.
  • Supervise 1–2 student assistants.
  • Promote events with communications team.
  • Represent QuTech in House of Quantum meetings and align activities.
  • Lead monthly community events and assist with the annual flagship event.
