Job summary

Oaklins Netherlands (B Corp™) is seeking an ambitious Analyst to join the Debt Advisory team in Amsterdam. You will combine financial and credit analysis with hands-on execution of financing transactions in a small deal team, interacting with clients, lenders and colleagues from the Oaklins network.

The role offers significant responsibility, steep learning, and the chance to develop both analytical and commercial skills while supporting a broad range of debt solutions for mid-market clients.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Econometrics or related field.
• 0–3 years of relevant experience; internship or analyst experience valued.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with financial modelling ability.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial and credit analyses of companies, business plans, cash flows and debt capacity.
• Build and analyze financial models including leverage and debt capacity scenarios.
• Prepare financing memoranda, lender presentations and other transaction materials.
