Tivoli Doelen Amsterdam zoekt een Day/Night Receptionist voor onze Front Office. Je zorgt voor een gastvrije ontvangst, afhandeling van in- en uitchecken en staat gasten te woord met professionele aandacht.

Je ondersteunt dag- en nachtoperaties en werkt samen met andere afdelingen om een vlekkeloze gastbeleving te garanderen.

Formación

• Minimaal middelbare school diploma.
• Front Office-ervaring in horeca is een plus.
• Goede beheersing van Engels; Nederlands is een voordeel.

Responsabilidades

• Welkom gasten met warmte, vertrouwen en professionaliteit.
• In- en uitchecken, betalingen en gastenberichten afhandelen.
• Ondersteunen van dag- en nachtprocedures, inclusief administratieve taken en rapporten.
• Zorg voor correcte hotel- en Amsterdams-informatie aan gasten.
• Nauw samenwerken met andere afdelingen voor naadloze service.
• Onderhouden van hoge service-standaarden in lijn met Two MICHELIN Keys erkenning.

We are now looking for a full?'time Day/Night Receptionist to join our Front Office team.

About the Role

As a Day/Night Receptionist, you play a central role in creating memorable moments for our guests. You ensure smooth arrivals and departures, handle guest inquiries with professionalism, and support both day and night operations.
Your presence at the desk-whether during the calm of the night or the momentum of the day-helps shape the guest experience in a MICHELIN?'recognised property.

What You Will Do

• Welcome guests with warmth, confidence, and professionalism

• Manage check?'ins, check?'outs, payments, and guest correspondence

• Support both day and night procedures, including administrative tasks and reports

• Provide accurate information about the hotel and Amsterdam

• Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service

• Maintain the high service standards aligned with our Two MICHELIN Key recognition

What We Are Looking For

• Previous Front Office experience in a hotel environment

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• A genuine passion for hospitality and guest engagement

• Ability to work both day and night shifts

• Proficiency in English; Dutch is an advantage

• A positive, polished, and proactive attitude
