Job summary

Tivoli Doelen Amsterdam, awarded Two MICHELIN Keys for its hospitality, is seeking a full-time Day/Night Receptionist to join our Front Office team. You will ensure smooth arrivals and departures, handle guest inquiries, and support both day and night operations.

Fluent English is required; Dutch is an advantage. The role offers chance to grow within a historic luxury hotel and to contribute to exceptional guest experiences in a MICHELIN-recognised property.

We are now looking for a full‑time Day/Night Receptionist to join our Front Office team.

About the Role

As a Day/Night Receptionist, you play a central role in creating memorable moments for our guests. You ensure smooth arrivals and departures, handle guest inquiries with professionalism, and support both day and night operations.
Your presence at the desk—whether during the calm of the night or the momentum of the day—helps shape the guest experience in a MICHELIN‑recognised property.

What You Will Do

• Welcome guests with warmth, confidence, and professionalism

• Support both day and night procedures, including administrative tasks and reports
